its one week until christmas break is finally over.

but i need something to survive the last days of inceldom in this christmas break before i can studycope again

anyone knows any good copes to last a few days

but i lost all my gains due to burst appendix and surgery complications last summer

even when i was more muscular i still didnt get laid anyway

and i dont even want to live that long so health benefits dont matter

i did some push ups at home yesterday when i got drunk lol

but gym is not fun at all, since my level decreased so much

bbefore my surgery i did 100kg benchpress, 17 pull ups in a row, 120kg squat

and now i cant even do a single pull up or more than 10 pushups
