For the chronically skinny among us, what do you do to keep from wasting away?
Dry chia seeds are tiny and calorie-dense. I take a mouthful of them, swallow with water, and repeat. Can grind out a thousand calories or so without much effort. I've been drinking a lot of canned coconut milk recently too, if you drink 2 cans a day it is +1400 calories, and it goes down quite easily. 2 cans cost about $6, so not too bad.

Protein powder is endlessly recommended for those looking to gain weight, but I see it as a waste. Not only is it slow to consume, but each serving is only 150 calories or so. There are easier ways to pack on pounds

Peanut butter was also another I tried, but stopped because of the high amounts of seed oils that would burn my skin.

Yea, milk is kinda the go-to as far as weight-gain. Unfortunately despite being scandinavia lvl pale I am lactose intolerant, so coconut milk is the only option unless I feel like waging chemical warfare against everyone within a mile

It is definitely better to be too skinny than too fat, but that doesn't mean that having the body type of a skyrim skeleton can't be mentally taxing

Yes, if I had a choice between skinny and fat, it would to be skinny any day.

But recently I have gotten too skinny, to the point where my watch which once fitted perfectly, I can now wrote 360 degrees around my wrist.

I've drank 2 today, ez 1400 calories:feelzez: just gotta eat like 1 meals worth of calories on top of that and you're set

That doesn't work, you've got to build muscle. I tried bulking as a skinny framecel and I just ended up with a bloated stomach and bitch tits with skinny arms and legs.

seed oils arent the cause of ur skin burning , seed oils have essential fatty acids and if u still believe in the anti seed oil slop thats spreading among instagram influencers idk what to say to u

I disagree, my father and I never get sunburnt, but after we started eating these chips every other night - the inflammation would be long lasting.

inflammation is a strong word here brother , also there is no correlation between seed oil consumption and getting charred by the sun it could be something else because the idea behind saying seed oils causing inflammation is that the seed oil you eat ends up making up the membrane of your cells which makes it fragile but if you eat saturated fats it will make it strong which is fucking absurd cause if you have taken even a small biochem course yk the shit is js straight up bs

Here is some actual advice, for anyone looking to lose or gain weight:
If you're a truecel, it's only worth it for health reasons. If goyslop is a large part of what keeps the gun out of your hands, so to speak, I wouldn't be so quick to give it up.

All you have to do is consume less calories than you currently do. Just keep in mind that it's not recommended to go down more than 1 kg per week, and going down 0.5 kg per week is the standard (but going down exactly 1 kg per week is also fine, *just don't go over that*). You can use a calculator like this to figure out the exact numbers for this stuff:
It will also give you an example of what a balanced diet would be in terms of protein, carbs and fat which you can follow if you want to. To make it easy for yourself I'd just look up whatever it is you want to eat each day, how many calories that is (and nutrients too if you want to), until you have reached your calorie intake for the day. If you get hungry you can always exercise a bit to burn some calories and then eat again (walking would be an easy exercise for most people). If you're weighing yourself during this process remember that your weight will fluctuate a lot during the day due to many different reasons, so you can generally only be confident about how far you have progressed every four weeks or so. It is also normal to lose more weight the first week than you will the following weeks.

Also make sure to track the exact amount of calories you burn through excercise, if you do any, like talking a walk for example. This nonscientific myth irks me to no end. So many people's lives wasted on these nonsense ideas. People who think that they're fat because they're not exercising and so on, it's terrible. It is all about calorie intake.
As for "fast" and "slow" metabolism specifically, here are studies proving that those are not real things:


Besides that differences in body bone structure are insignificant when accounting for two people of the same sex, height, weight, body fat and muscle percentage. Being skinny is of course inferior to being at a normal weight or being fit, but it is infinitely superior to being overweight or obese in looks. Your lack of an appetite, or difficulty with fulfilling your increased need of calories compared to people shorter than you is a blessing.
 
sugar is a cheatcode
put a hefty amount in milk or juice, whatever pleases you.

very calorie dense, basically just carbs.
plus its better than sugar from fruits.
more gut and liver healthy due to the 50/50 ratio of glucose to fructose
unlike sugar in fruit, which is basically just fructose.
