I want to buy proteins to maximize my protein intake and when I look at some important compounds whey is absolutely the best and soy comes in 2nd. The problem with whey is that it's too expensive 30 euros for a kilogram so my alternative would be soy but is it really worth it? Heard it can increase estrogen but I'm not sure if that's true or just a myth since soy has pythoestrogens which can't do the same effects the estrogens can when they bind to the receptor. Why is soy labeled as beta and shit?
