It isn't, of course, and I expect the regulation to be challenged in the courts (though the chances of success are slim), but I'm just not a fan of hyperbole. The proposed rule also allows for weekly testing in lieu of vaccination.

It will also likely take a minimum of several months for the rule to actually take effect, per the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act of 1946.

I didn’t know about the testing option. So that’s pretty much what it’s like here in california for govt employees. Slightly better, but still shit.
