I hate These fucking "moralkeepers" of Bodybuilding who are Always Screaming 100% natural
As a skinny gymcel you get only bullshit advices like "Train hard eat clean etc."
True Aesthetic Bodybuilders like Jeff Seid or Zyzz Arent Eating clean, they are partying while drinking booze
Youre Always the looser as a natty gymcel
Youre Always the one whos getting teared Ligaments through Lifting heavy weights while thinking that someday you will be as big as Zyzz or Seid,
-but in reality, no one of them are true heavy lifters, they all lift in the easy 8-12 rep range with weights who are not heavy to them, but their muscle pump is 10 times better than yours, even if youre squatting or deadlifting 250lbs
They will always let you think that their physique comes from discipline and dedication
While in reality their discipline isnt higher than the one of your average gym rat, they are all running HGH and anavar which means that they are almost unable to gain fat

They will Always tell you to eat a high Protein diet to gain muscle and loose bodyfat:
This actually works but ONLY FOR THEM, they can eat a shit ton of Protein without gaining fat because their Protein Synthesis is extremly high through roiding
But your Protein Synthesis as a low T Gymcel is equally to the one of a 12 year old skinny Girl, which means that you will shit most of your Protein intake out rather than gaining muscle.
