I hate These fucking "moralkeepers" of Bodybuilding who are Always Screaming 100% natural

As a skinny gymcel you get only bullshit advices like "Train hard eat clean etc."

True Aesthetic Bodybuilders like Jeff Seid or Zyzz Arent Eating clean, they are partying while drinking booze

There is no one stopping you from taking HGH, insulin or anabolic like those guys do. It is no secret how they go about it. Doping has been used in bodybuilding since the 40 or even earlier when it was literally extracted from bull sacks.

People have different genes. Are you gonna cry and give up because you gain 25% slower than the peak genes? Or are you gonna push yourself and accomplish something something for yourself.

It's your body, you are in 100% control of what exercises it does and what nutrition it consumes and if it is on steroids or not.

At this point, why would you care what women desire in male bodies? Human men were never meant to be hulking masses of muscle with 2% body fat, so bodybuilding naturally or otherwise is a moot point. Eat a plant based diet, play your favorite sport for an hour a day and stretch often.

I agree with everything except for the low body fat thing. Zyzz is naturally skinny. Kendall Jenner got her thin genetics from her dad. Patrick Schwarzenegger got his thin genetics from his mom. Ice Poseidon also got his thin genetics from his mom. The only skinny people that gain weight are skinny fat guys where they always have some chub around their belly and waist.

Yep. I literally destroyed my body as a teenager thinking that if I just worked really hard I could look like the guys in fitness magazines. This was pre-youtube era so I had no idea about steroids. I've basically had the mobility of a 65-70 year old since age 25. Now that my natural tesosterone levels are going down I'm dreading seeing where I'll be in another 10 years!

I never said anyone can get ripped. Yeah genetics play a big part but for the average person, you can put on a good amount of muscle and get lean.

And nobody is going to put on muscle without doing any training, that’s asinine to think that. Maybe if he’s working a physical job and eating in a caloric surplus, then yeah I can believe it. But if he’s just playing video games all day and barely eating, not possible. People use genes far too much as a crutch and an excuse before even trying

Just think about animals to see how this can be true. A male sheep literally sits around and eats. He doesn't do any training yet at his prime he will have gained a lot of muscle all over his body, especially his neck and shoulders. Same for a bull, bear, lion etc. Captive zoo animals will be muscular just laying around eating.

There are humans like this too. If they actually trained they would be incredibly big but why would they train if they can get fairly big just by eating?

I’ll agree with that. And I will say this: bodybuilding while natural takes ALOT of time, dedication, and hard work to have an impressive physique. I started young and naive, believing Arnold and others were natty, and that if I trained long and hard enough, I too could look like him.

That mindset carried my training through and past high school and as I learned about the prevelance of roids, I already had a fairly impressive physique and strength for my age.

If I had to start from scratch at my current age without any knowledge, I don’t think I’d be able to do it naturally simply because I would be far too disscouraged from all the things I didn’t know and all the people who looked better than me.

It’s not easy. It’s possible, but most people will never do it.

5’6 160lbs, 30 inch waist, Ive never measure my chest. Arms are 18 inches flexed. 10% body fat. Lowest I’ve been before was 8.4% but I definitely look far better right now.

You’re right, more testosterone means more muscle development IF they’re doing some physical activity. If you have insanely high test levels like that of a boy in puberty, then you will gain muscle simply by doing what teenage boys do (sports, run around, skate, etc). Even with that high test though, if all the kid does is play video games all day, they won’t gain muscle.


I didn’t say there isn’t a difference but that difference isn’t the same as the difference inter species. That’s what I’m saying. You can’t compare the difference of gorillas -> humans as the same comparison as you ->Arnold. It’s not the same significant difference.


If you have someone with high testosterone and a lot of lean muscle mass, their body is going to have more hormones to stimulate muscle growth and less hormones to stimulate fat deposition. BUT, if they don’t do ANY physical activity, then they WILL lose muscle mass. There’s no way around it (other than roids).

I'm not saiyng that he would just keep gaining muscle forever by eating. But so far, his natural state is more ripped than a lot of guys who do workout. He's lucky as fuck.
 
The thing that put me off it was that it’s all genetics anyway. Why the fuck should I work out 5 days a week and live on dry chicken and broccoli just to look decent while chad eats pizza and drinks beer and parties all night and never sets foot in a gym and looks better than I’ll ever look?? It’s like being fucking handicapped. Fuck this shitty world.

And I have met several guys who were doing very little excercise of any sort yet had above average muscle. Could easily climb a rope with using just their hands while they had bellies and so on. That is genetics.

i dont think seid uses gear. these people just have superior genetics to us. this is even sadder as it means even if we roided, we could not achieve what they have achieved. also for the ectomorphgymcels like me, even if we get super muscular, we are framecels so dont look aesthetic.

You don't know what you're talking about. Growth hormone does not cause hypertrophy and anavar is also used for bulking. It's trenbolone primarily that they use for muscle growth and to prevent fat gain/lose fat.

Human males have much more testosterone naturally that lions do, for example.
