Even though the most effective way to avoid an unwanted pregnancy (And therefore an abortion) is obviously abstinence, how many women are actually willing to practice it?
No, the reason why there is such a pushback against abortion being banned from women is because they wish to keep engaging in their unrepentant harlotry without experiencing the natural consequences which tend to correspond with such a lifestyle. They see anything that forces them to keep their legs closed as a form of "oppression."
While many will cite rape as the reason for why abortion should be legalized, evidence shows that less than one percent of women living in the United States have reported getting an abortion as a result of being sexually assaulted.
According to the chart linked in the PDF, the most common reason is "Not ready for a child."
These findings are corroborated by statistics that were published by Florida's health care administration from 2021 to 2025.
The reason why I oppose the legalization of abortion is not due to some pretense of valuing human life, but because I wish to see women seethe about how being able to indulge in their carnal desires with impunity is a "human right."
Ironically, even that would not fully deter them, as evidenced by cases such as this one.
