I was thinking of the phrase, (Beauty, Brains, Brawns). They say it like people are only allowed one of them. Or at most people can have Beauty and Brawns, but Brains are not allowed to have either of the other two.

Coworker who has had many relationships, had short team hook ups and was cheated on and also cheated on others told me to "just be a nice guy because as women get older they just want someone who treats them well". He is a chad or at least a high tier normie but is completely oblivious to this fact. He literally thinks a guy like me can just be nice and figure it out. Meanwhile my entire life is women being disgusted by me or at best leading me on when there is money involved.
