i lucked out once when HR couldn't interview me for some reason and I jumped straight to the technical part. The only reason of why i was hired it almost seems, I'm trash at communication

I can tell you with greater than 85% certainty that you were discriminated against for your looks and lack of neurotypicality. Women are terrible when it comes to hiring discrimination against men, and since nearly all hiring departments are almost all women, it's always going to be an uphill battle for us.
