If you want to retain the muscles you have, lift weights, do bodyweight workouts and eat high protein. Just know that some muscle loss is inevitable unless you use steroids. You have to decide if you want to bulk or cut. Bulking and going gym is probably better in the long run if you don’t give a fuck about having a bloated and fat face. I refuse to bulk because I hate having a bloated face.[/font]
How do models stay with a relatively good body and lean face? I mean that, I would only want muscles to fit in a shirt and not let it hang around lol
