That's good it doesn't have that form of b12 in it because it's made of cyanide. If it's the last ingredient it's probably only a very small amount, because methylcobalamin is more expensive than cyanocobalamin.

You have to take a lot for it to be toxic, or maybe it builds up after years of taking it. Apple seeds have cyanide too, but I don't think they build up if you eat some.
