Serious Quitting energy drinks

I love energy drinks for their taste. My favorite is the white monster.

Mostly for it's taste. Nowhere you can get a orange(ish) tasting drink with zero calories. (I know monster white is like 25kcal but that's not my point)

What my problem is, caffeine doesn't seem to affect me other than making me unable to sleep and become very tired tomorrow. Even if I drank them during the day, I will feel fatigued and unable to run more than 300m (I run miles daily)

Plus not drinking them is a great money saver. They are overpriced for what they are.

Maybe I'll drink some redbull once in a while but only for its taste. Redbull has half the caffeine and therefore doesn't drain my energy.

Where the fuck do you live?

East Asia. Energy drinks are about 2.3$ here while the regular soda can be as cheap as 1$.

Still affordable, but I'm a NEET so being able to save up is good

I already do that, and combined with goysugar. I mean, you starve yourself all day just to intake 250 calories is just brutal. For my case and the artificial sweeteners side effect, the pros still outweigh the cons.

The taste isn't the issue, it's that these energy drinks make me tired and doesn't do much else. I'm a ADHDcel so that may be something to do with it.
