Brutal Caffeine Withdrawals Are Rough

Probably gonna be late to my class today since I'm still drinking this coffee, but it is what it is.

When I woke-up this morning, my head was racing with thoughts about 100 different issues I have: Not to mention, I just felt like lying in bed & not actually getting up to face the day.

Honestly, I should have said "energy drink" addiction, since those have accelerants which make things 10x worse: However, I realized caffeine addiction is another "symptom" tbh

It's actually quite a bad substance, when you really think about it: Very addictive, can cause withdrawal symptoms which are understated, and also can cause or contribute to literal heart issues that can possibly kill you. However, it is commonly accepted & encouraged, because it turns people into good Robots for Mr. Shekelberg.

Used to love gulping down energy drinks everyday but now I’m in a coffee phase. Strangely enough energy drinks seem to barely have any affect on me now and only coffee gives me that proper caffeine rush that I love

I only drink a cup of coffee per day, so i think i wouldn't get bad withdrawals like you did from energy drinks

Idk if its because of my adhd i could drink a fuck ton of coffee like atleast over 200mg of caffeine for a month straight and i can withdraw from it with no problems so ive never had to deal with the caffeine withdrawal

Alcohol withdrawal is worse... believe me, I'm in the middle of one right now.
