Well I should clarify that I shoe horned in that particular zoomer term myself.

@DarkStar didn’t actually use it himself but was rather just very down on and disappointed in himself and so I thought the term would make for a readily and easily understood concept that would quickly convey all of his current negative view on and emotions about himself for you all.
