Fat link originally let him back from a 3 month ban under the condition that if he breaks the rules again, he'd be perm'd.

Since then, he was actually warned 4 times by 3 different moderators, all for racebaiting. So he got 3 more second chances than we originally intended anyway. He managed to get a total of 35 warnings, almost all of which are for racebaiting or bragging. He's done.
