short answer: ppl didn't like him
slightly longer answer: him being a feminist made it very fucking hard for those who came to his defense. ppl brought up the balls fondling case, underage claims, etc but ultimately his personality (aka mental illness) made him controversial and unlikeable so anyone would grasp at straws to kick him out. my personal opinion is that he was definitely underage and definitely a feminist which unfortunately makes him impossible to defend even against the unjustified hate he received.
