If he just stopped racebaiting, there wouldn't be a problem. But again, this was his 11th offense specifically for racebaiting (with 23 warnings total) and when you break the same rule in the same way over and over again it's clear that 20 or 40 percent warnings aren't a deterrent, so it's come to this.
Frankly we've been pretty lenient with him up until now. A 2024cel wouldn't have even been able to get the chance to accumulate that many warnings, he would have been perm'd long before that. We've given him all the leniency we possibly could. Hopefully this with deter him from racebaiting again...but in my experience once someone breaks the same rule a certain number of times they don't stop until they're perm'd. I'd prefer it not to come to that we can't keep giving a slap on the wrist to someone who breaks the same exact rule for the umpteenth time.

Why do almost no banned user make an appeal ? I saw here often enough users who used this site frequently or even for years and when they get banned they often dont even try to ban appeal
