If mods are going to refuse to ban some users no matter what the member consensus is it's only fair that some previously banned members get a second chance.

Imo those with based posts like @micropenis29 and @mylifeistrash should get a second chance if the incel only rule isn't being as strictly enforced as before. They didn't even have many bait threads either like some based banned members like metabuxx did.
