I have been really incosistent with gymcelling the last few weeks because of my sleep but now that its gotten better im gonna start gymcelling consistently again :feelsokman: Im gonna start eating more aswell because I lost a bit of weight

Lose weight and be more toned. I chug those core power protein drinks 42g protein after every lift session but I had a bingeing problem as a kid, it’s a lot better now but cravings still come at night or when emotions are high
