For me it’s a culmination of repressed rage, now I just tend to punch things, sometimes throw or kick something. But when I was younger, getting too angry would mean a completely trashed room.

In these moments I’m imagining myself caving in someone’s head, usually either a woman or a chad.

Excessive noise is my trigger. It can be as simple as some hole being obnoxious. There's an old bag around here that occasionally talks to people and she always uses that overly fake high-pitched "happy" tone. She hates me because I emulate her annoying voice every time she does it.
