Every time I get this question I struggle to give a coherent answer because I don't have any hobbies and never really did. When I don't have any obligations like school or work I consume media in the form of listening to music and watching youtube videos and I masturbate. That's pretty much all I do in my free time, since video games have been getting less and less enjoyable for me as I get older.

When I have to answer this question I usually say generic bullshit like "I work out" or "I read books".

I lost interest in everything to the point that I can't imagine doing anything that's not rotting in my room. What do other people even do in their free time that's not just media consuption? I feel like most people don't have hobbies, when they get home from work they scroll social media like I do, but still, if you answer honestly you'd be seen as a low value individual.

Same for me with reading. I read books quite rarely and inconsistently these days, but at least I can give some kind answer.
