Bench: 90kgs for 10 reps
Deadlift: 160kgs for 10 reps
Squat: 120kgs for 10 reps
OHP: 70kgs for 10 reps

All while at 70 kg bodyweight.

These are the strength goals I wanna achieve by the end of 2021.

Thoughts? Would these numbers put me in top 10%ile strength?

Probably. The average guy does not lift. I am 94 kg and my numbers are probably the same. I don't lift and never have lifted seriously but I recall benching something similar at my first try 80-90 kg

I bench 90 too I don't know how good that is though

Actually it'd put you in top 1%. Most men don't go to the gym, and of those that do, most don't do intense strength training regimes. You said you were curry in curryland, you might even become less than 1% top i.e. mog machine.

pretty good

Benching almost 90kgs at your very first attempt is extremely impressive man. You probably have strong bench leverages like shorter arms

Giga Chadpreet in the making JFL :chad::feelskek:

But seriously tho, you are correct, average curry is unathletic cuck. I'm trying my best to separate myself from the rest.
Also not lifting for women cuz I am a true hardcore misogynist who firmly believes that I'm superior to women. I lift for strength and to get mired by other subhuman normalscums. Couldn't care less what stinky currywhores think about me dedsrs tbh

Nah I am tall and sometimes help around the house since I live in a rural area. Sometimes I have to carry heavy things or carry large amounts of 15 kg bags.

Then you have good genetics. Reminds me of Jay Cutler he was also a big farm boy who used to bench high without training and ended up winning Mr.Olympia Open 4 times

I deadlift 200kg+ for the first time.

Not realistic for most. What are your current numbers and bodyweight?

Weight is 63 kgs and I can
Bench 75 kgs for 5
Deadlift 120 kgs for 5
Squat 80 kgs for 10
OHP 60 kgs for 5

Only been like 6 months.

Man, I'm maxing my deadlift out at 100kg. I miss having an actual gym.

lol if you achieve this you're genetic god for lifting.. I'm no where close and lifting for over a year now and not seeing this in the next year.. and yes I eat enough, hopefully.... ~82kg here

Pretty strong, especially the OHP.

Damn thats surprising. I think my goals are pretty unrealistic but tbh I feel like I can get there at 70kgs in 9 months.
These are my stats right now after 6 months of lifting

Bench 75 kgs for 5
Deadlift 120 kgs for 5
Squat 80 kgs for 10
OHP 60 kgs for 5

I do lots of OHPs because I really like Olympic style weightlifting, I'm a big fan of shoulder press gods like Zydrunas Savickas, Lasha Talakhadze and Iron Biby.

OHP = Most important lift tbh
