I never had mental disorders. However I relaised that my Inceldom caused mental problems. I am so far away from being NT at this point even I could lookmax to a normie I couldn't ascended duo to mentalceldom.

I always thought youngcels here (under 20) shouldn't be here because I thought most of them will ascend anyways. But the past few months I realised how important the time between 14-20 is. This is the time were u learn to socialise, u learn normie behaviour in this time, first foid contacts, starting going out to party and so on. If u are incel duo to your looks in this time u won't learn this and u will escape into strange not NT hobbies and other cope. U will become a weirdo in normies eyes.

So now I am 24 and even if I could lookmax to a normie there is no way I could catch up with what I missed befor. I would stay incel.

The only hope left is becoming Chad I guess. And that's impossible so it's over. Actually it never begun.

almost no sides if taken at small doses.. around 2 IU a day.. luckily skin is the first to improve with HGH so its really just a minor inconvenience to inject it every day and I guess the cost might add up, but not too much.

red light therapy is available at some tanning salons. the one I (sometimes) go to charges like $150 for a month of unlimited use.
