I have a high inhibition, so I suppose so, though I understand those that don't due to their own discrimination and mockery by countless normies, moggers, and foids simply for being unattractive.. 
No. I was always anti-authoritarian even from an extremely young age, so when my parents told me I have to be polite, and say things like "hello!" to people I don't like, or say "excuse me" when I burp, I learned to do the exact opposite.
Not to mention, most people I encountered, which at a young age was mostly my peers and teachers, were all very rude and inconsiderate toward me, so I figured I'd act likewise.
Now, my impoliteness is so ingrained in me that it's incredibly difficult and requires conscious effort on my part, in order for me to be polite.
