I am renting a small apartment. To rent a room the best thing from my experience is with some old lady. She will let you alone most of the time and from time to time she will cook for you and in general be happy to have a presence other than her cat in her place.

She forgets that this country has the worst youth unemployment rate in the world because she and her generation keep voting for the same political party to be in power for 30 years now
