Serious Are there any surgeons willing to do plastic surgery for free?

I remember once someone shared this thing where they were giving free plastic surgeries to ppl who have been bullied for the way they look.

I have a ridiculousy large and weridly shaped nose and ears and which I've been made fun of for even by strangers I walk past on the street so I'm sure I would be eligible but I can't find it and I dunno if they have it here in the UK

I have other bad features like my eyes and lips and jaw and more but it'd be nice to have normal ears and a normal nose so I can at least look somewhat normal.
