I downloaded Langrisser 2 on my PC, but it's only available in Japanese.
Are there any programs that can translate from Japanese to English in real time?

sugoi translator but you need to play on PC and have it set up property to scan your screen as i dunno if you can hook to the game to see the text like in usual visual novels

In your games boxes appear all over the screen so it may be very hard for that tool to visually analyse those words, better find a way to hook into the game and pray it will send you raw text in JP.

I was able to run it, although I can't read the characters. In order for it to work properly, I need a virtual PC box with Korean Windows 98. There's still something romantic about running old games. I found a place to download the game so that it could be installed on a 64-bit Windows, and then I fixed the launch issues. It's a good thing that I understand the story, as there's a version of the game with a fan-made English translation.

Yes, most PC-98 games don't have fan translations and are only available in Japanese. I want to try out the Power DoLLS series in particular
