ape index which is a ratio between your height and wingspan(arms extended fully and perpendicular to your legs). if an individual reaches their full theoretical height, the ratio is 1 or very close it.

my ratio is higher than 1 meaning, I didn't grow my full theoretical height
174 cm height but was suppose to be 186cm....

The ideal 1 to 1 ratio sounds like BS. Seems like most people have an ape index above 1.
