I have also noticed that beyond being incapable of defusing conflict, they are the people most prone to create them from nothing.

Working with them has been unbearable, in my experience it gets better with 50yo/60yo women, but just because they're forced in growing some brain as they can´t leverage their not-young-anymore pussy.

I haven't raised my voice at anyone since I was a small child. I'm not certain if I've ever insulted anyone to their face, other than in a vague, plausibly deniable sort of way. It's so much better to just dig up information on people in secret and make their lives living Hell from behind the scenes all while they suspect everyone except you because you're so agreeable and innocuous. Small things can go wrong in someone's life that can rapidly snowball into big problems. That's why you should respect other people, you can't be certain they'll retaliate on your terms. Any woman who thinks she can fuck with me and get away with it is going to learn otherwise.

If you had a competitive, high-paying job, you would understand the necessity of eliminating adversaries. I can't afford to rub shoulders with people who have more social power and clout than me, namely any/all women, who are actively hunting for some Melvin to paint a target on. Women in the workplace are as dangerous as venomous serpents, but at least serpents only react defensively and otherwise mind their own fucking business. With women, any awkward word, any bad move, anything at all can quickly spiral into an incident that could result in job loss, eviction, prison, and/or suicide. When there is a woman around, you can't presume to understand the atmosphere and gauge what kind of behavior is acceptable. She might seem to be very easy-going and capable of taking a joke, but if she decides she doesn't like you for some incomprehensible reason that makes sense only to her, she'll intentionally take something you said the wrong way, make you think you're going insane, then sneak around behind your back and try to destroy your disposable, pathetic life. You won't believe it until it happens. She can't do that if she can't make it to work because her tires keep going flat, or because someone stole and sent her nudes to everyone in the office, or because drugs were found in her desk. Just sayin'.
