Fuck, I have terrible brain inflammation from multiple mental disorders. Anti-inflammatories help reduce it. It’s literally the only the thing that helps. I’m aware that doing this type of shit is linked to early onset Alzheimer’s.

Inflammation. I discovered this by accident. I look it up and sure enough Advil helps with brain inflammation. Look it up if you want the specifics. Depression is linked with brain inflammation so I guess I’m depressed.
