Anyone else only really play video games where the character is faceless/not Chad?

I can't play games where the protagonist is Chad, and if he is, my rule is that he has to have some sort of accessory to cover up his face. That's why I like games that have anthropomorphic characters, or old games where the character is "Chad", but the resolution says otherwise. It's why I can play FF7 OG but not the remake. Despite cloud being deemed as handsome, to me, he is just a bunch of polygons, while in the remake he isn't. It's just not representative of me.. whenever I play video games, It's to immerse myself in it and pretend like I am the protagonist. But I'm not Chad in looks, I'll never be.

IMHO, video game characters are more interesting when they are not some cookie cutter Hero's Duty chad. Think of the best video game characters of all time-- most of them aren't chad. For being huge in its time, Mass Effect has been fast forgotten, and I think it's because sheppard is such a nothing burger.

I can't stand chads in any games or films, they seem uncanny and unrealistic. Even normal looking guys are somewhat frustrating, so I prefer when they mask up like Isaac Clarke or are awkward everymen like James Sunderland. Ideally, I prefer simple anthropomorphic characters like Robloxians, where their appearance is largely imagined, only the semblence of man is depicted.
