If you play in the morning, you play to people who rise and shine at 7 AM who want to fully commit and be the best, playing against them is like you are in grand finals, you get no enjoyment cause you get demolished.
If you play during the night, it could be enjoyable, but at that point I am just too tired and won't really learn too much cause of how sluggish I play
That's why playing in the afternoon and evenings is the best, you get to play against competent players your level, and sometimes play against people a little bit your level. You might play against people above your level too, but not as much in the morning. You can have fun winning, and when you lose, you can analyze the gameplay and see your mistakes, not just "this dude outclassed me in everything possible", things like "okay here the spacing wasn't so well"
