I have BPD, so mood swings are really common for me, I used to be really depressed one day, then manic the next, until I got this new medication, now I genuinely feel happy, and I've finally got motivation to go to the gym actively again, just wanted to see if anyone else relates to the mood swings?

I'm anhedoniac and feel like shit all the time

i used to get random anger attacks at home and destroy things due to terrible flashbacks of my bullies but i barely think of it anymore. Now im just depressed

I can only feel unhappy or extremely angry. I'm slightly happy when I watch goon content and when I drink caffeine

I’m emotionally instable and can easily get panic attacks. Numbness and depression is the default state of being for me, which, as @Mrocznykichajnik above mentioned, gets interrupted by happy moments such as gooning, but those moments don’t last long unfortunately.

What medication did you get?

me. Also have extreme mood swingsm Sometimes is positive "I'm gonna call my friends now and it will progress further" and another time is "fuck this shit, I hope society crumble".

I believe my second opinion is more close to reality of the situation.

Same i crashed out so many times because of it

No. I am always depressed, that is to say I feel mostly nothing

What medication did you get?
I cycle between several meds depending on my current state.
For sleep I take Olanzapine since I've had psychosis episodes.
To prevent depressive episodes I take Lamotrigine.
Finally for manic episodes I also take Depakine Chrono.
