I heard about it, it reduces cortisol and increases testosterone... Or at least thats what the google results says. It might be just some snake oil like the other guy above said. It might be worth a try.
 
It does increase GABA and generally speaking would at least in theory reduce stress. In my experience though its not that helpful, doesn't really seem to do anything.

The only thing that really helped to lower my stress levels has been HIIT exercise

las blood test i ve done my test is around 1000 , tonkgat ali and boron mostly for my hormones , also vitamin d3 and zinc picolinate , ashwaganda never tried but i think it s overrated been taking tonkgat for 5 years no regrets at all
 
Ashwagandha, like any other supplement, is a meme. Don't throw your money away.
 
It calms me down quite a bit - like a very strong tea, but it won't change your life. Also don't believe anyone that says it's got impact on testosterone.

I use it semi regularly, especially when I drink coffee.
I'd recommend you try it.
 
Didn't do shit for me maybe because i am anxious all the time by default

It helped me a bit with anxiety but it's only a slight decrease

Only use it occasionally, never abused it like Lenny. It lowers inhibition like alcohol but you still have your wits about you. Very helpful in social situations, kinda removes your filter. If you were to ever chat or flirt with girls it would be helpful.

Aside from that it makes music sound better and overall most sensations feel better. Like one time I took some then took a nap of freshly washed sheet, it just felt so good.

tbh if ur mental is rly bad ashwa prob won’t work. doesn’t hurt to try though, but it didn’t help me whenever ive rly needed help

I don’t recommend cold approach, but if you are going to do that it will definitely help.
I tried it before and it broke my heart. :cryfeels: It not sick it not piss unfortunately
 
It does work, you have to take it over a week to get the effects its supposed to relax you and mellow you out.

You should be careful where you order it though, theres lots of shitty Ashwa you shouldnt buy, try to find Shoden Ashwa its pretty good I heard. Also yes its helpful. Lowers stress/cortisol. Improves sleep quality and also your testosterone. I recommend it.

No, but I have tried ketamine, shrooms, LSD, and (continue to smoke) cannabis. Ketamine is cool, but it's really fucking expensive in my neck of the woods

Good question:

1. Ketamine was euphoric. There's an infusion clinic near me, but it's ridiculously expensive. I would use ketamine more often if it wasn't
2. Shrooms was like weed but with 10x intensity. I went on a bike ride with a friend and was surprised I didn't have a panic attack. I'd do it again, but I have terrible anxiety and don't want to have a panic attack like LSD
3. LSD gave me a panic attack in 2011 and I haven't touched it since then.
4. I smoke weed out of habit. Edibles usually give me anxiety, so I usually just smoke it. I always feel good for like 30 mins to an hour, but ketamine was on a whole different level. I'd use ketamine over weed tbh
 
I’ve been trying it for awhile, the only benefit it seems to do for me is make me slightly less jittery/shaky as a high inhibcel. But yeah it’s not exactly life changing

Better off throwing your money in the bin then to buy snake oil supplements, a true fix to mental health would be getting Stacy virgin pussy and erasing the memories of all the times I got treated like dogshit.
 
Did nothing for me, not even a placebo effect
