Any incels got tips for dealing with voice issues?

My voice shakes sometimes when I speak. I don't know if it's nerves or vocal damage from an experimental thyroplasty I had. SSRIS and Benzos haven't really helped. So anyone got any good advice?

Have you tried speaking with your diaphragm instead of your throat? There are guides online.

Practice by speaking very loudly at home. Do this often and you will stop shaking.

I may try this again. I have looked in the past and tried but to no avail.
