I'm fucking tired of faping to porn all the time. I just want to spiritual max and quit this degenerate behavior forever. I'm literally a porn addict.

I know antidepressants help but those jewpills do more harm than just lowering sex drive.

What the fuck should I do? Search engines (joogle and duckduckjew) do nothing but offer solutions for low sex drive not the opposite. Fucking annoying sex haver faggots.

Totally relate tbh.
Nowadays I fap only once a day, maybe twice sometimes. Due to wagecucking and having no time/energy.
But I used to fap 3 times a day for a while and it was brutal. Physically and mentally fucks you up.
I was also looking for something to lower my sex drive but couldn't find anything.

Tho I took Serteraline for a while and it really decreased it. I could go a week without fapping. Normally it's impossible for me to not fap at least once a day.
