What I have found out is that the concept of "progressive overload" applies to studying (mental training) just as much as physical training
Keep studying until you can't study anymore.. basically until you reach failure. Then take a break and do another set. Repeat.
Do this everyday and over time you can study for longer and longer periods and you will be more focused during your sessions.
