Discussion Anti-depressant and cooming

I've been on that shit for a few years now ... cooming is so dam hard to achieve that i actually gave up mid-fap a all the times after hours of trying which ironically makes me more depressed and anxious i had non-stop panic attacks and ended up in a psychward for like 3 months because i was convinced that i was going to die and couldn't breathe anymore like a retard so i can't stop taking them , anyone else having a really hard cooming on meds ?
