Amazon 1 click settings option has disappeared??

Trying to register a Firestick (have done it dozens of times) but can't download apps until I enable "1-Click Settings." Normally this isn't a problem but I keep clicking "1-Click Settings" option on my account page and it just brings me to my payment options, but "1-Click Settings" is gone?? Just not there anymore? Can one of you bro's check your Amazon account and see if it's gone for you too or have I just suffered some kind of Incel-induced insanity??
