As the title says, college is about to start for me. As a sub5 this is very daunting for me. Any advice you guys have for me to survive the 6 years of my life i got to spend here?

As a finisher of college YOU WILL suffer unless you bring a PS3 or some sort of game console, IT WILL BE VERY LONLEY! Me myself got left out of a friendgroup quite early and i spent the rest of the year alone and i was called creep 3-4 x more times than handsome 0x, So yeah ENJOY Suffering, I would advice against going to cucklegdge, I almost drowned myself from the river in the attempt to escape the loneliness and stares of 300 students that hated me just because of HOW I LOOK!

Thank you for finally noticing, I dont want to see another sub5 go thru what i did, Its heartbreaking and a terrifying expirinece, I thought my head was gonna explode from anxiety as i sat in that classroom, I studied game design and videogame custome making, Thought it would be useful later but too many students so i barely got help, And the fact that its suifuel to rot alone on my PS3 blackops zombies without wifi on small 24 inch screen while chad is out there piping down as much ass he can get

Your life is going to suck no matter what you do. Your best bet is to just not even bother with socializing or romance and spend all your time studying in a quite empty part of the library, which is what I did.
You sound like you have a plan for what you want to do after college, which I didn’t. So you could end up with a nice job instead of me with a dead end factory job that I suck at.

A good job in the future so I can enjoy my copes later in life is all I am hoping for. I have been blackpilled or mgtowed(in the begin). Since I was like 13-14ish so I definitely know what to do and expect as a sub5.

1 - med school is high-stress, so you need to develop ways to RELAX. Learn yoga, meditation, go to massage parlors, swimming classes etc.. do anything and everything to have a decent relaxation routine.
2 - don't do drugs. Meth is NOT going to help you. If you think you need something to get sharp, find a DECENT psychiatrist to prescribe you concerta, vyvanse or Ritalin or some other drugs. Don't overuse these pills lest you get wrecked for real.
3 - friendships form in the FIRST WEEK. Do what you can to find like-minded folks. Approach GUYS who seem to be into stuff you like. Don't jester, but advertise who you are. If you have some band t-shirts, use it. If you have some star wars or [insert franchise] shit, use it. You'll need to find your friends early. Don't jester, just be around. If they reject you, move on. Don't jester or dwell on it too much. Normies will be normies.
4 - you'll witness lot's of normies approaching and having sex with foids. If you want to approach, do it. Or don't. But don't get your hopes high. If you're subhuman, normies may as well be another species. Whenever you see normies breeding Just pretend you saw stray dogs fucking, it's another species. If a foid brutally rejects you, just pretend it's a dog you tried to pet but instead sneered at you. You're subhuman, they're not, all the rules of inter-species communication should apply.

Honestly this is probably the best advice I have gotten in my life, thanks alot for that man. But there is a problem I am already very addicted to cigarettes (about a pack a day). The reason I got addicted to this is because of the first tip you provided. Should I kick off cause it is the only way I can cope quickly.
