So.
Have any of you ever had eye strain in your whole life ?
Say..
ASUS VG248QE 24" LED Full HD 144Hz
Yeah.
This bad boy over here ^
It was released back in 2013 as one of the first 144Hz monitors, a beefy asshole with PWM technology.

There are hundreds of threads on reddit and other sites, talking about how the VG248QE by ASUS gives eye strain, migraines, and bad headaches.
In that regard, i´m not the only one affected by this.
Now.
How to counter the strong screen caused by this shit ?
100% Brightness... 100% for nigger retards wanting to get blind.
With that out of the way.
I´ve been trying in the best of my ability to get a good screen with as less eye strain as possible.
It´s ridiculous when playing on a GBA gives me less eye strain compared to this monitor.
In order to heal the symptoms from eye strain, one must stop watching any kind of screen completely for 12 to 16 hours at least.
Taking walks outside majorly improves your eye sight to return to normal, sitting in a dark room won´t be as effective. ( I´ve tried that )
So, in terms of monitor recommendations...
What kind of 144Hz monitor doesn´t tear your eyeballs to a toaster ?
I´m still calibrating this monitor btw
But the task itself is not an easy one.
Since it has to be one compatible enough for two completely different operation systems. ( WinXP/Win10 )
