My parents track my location with life 360, in the next 2 months I will end the first semester so I can use the excuse of wanting to have fun to get a psp

You can emulate games on your phone.
I have been playing Guilty Gear Reload on the PSP and Apollo Justice on the Nintendo DS, on my phone.

If you have a good phone, you can even emulate 3DS and PS2 games.
