For all my life, there were only about 4 male teachers. Two of them were temporary replacements for a sick female teacher. All male teachers except one were laughing stock for pupils, they never respected them and laughed at them.
Just undo all the reforms in school education and roll it back to the mid-19th century, when Mark Twain's "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" was set.

Female school, college or university staff are often tyrants.
Just kick the foids out of the job market - that will increase wages automatically. Then just allow physical punishment. The problem would be solved. Just take the 19th-century school system.
Schools, but also psychologists and psychiatrists have more foids.
Male teachers also have a terrible trait, they're giga simps and will always be less demanding for women, women will always get a better rating than you even for the same or worse job.
Because any female student at school is more dangerous for a male teacher. She can accuse him of anything, even if it's not true (Sexual harassment). A male student can accuse a male teacher of hitting him, and that's it.

I didn't really think about it until I started rereading Mark Twain's Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and there wasn't a single female teacher in the school, and then it hit me. It turns out that a century or two centuries ago (which is a short time by historical standards), teaching wasn't a profession for women.
And now male students are discriminated against and end up getting lower grades compared to their female equivalents, whilst getting higher scores in standardized testing.
Teaching is one of the last jobs a foid should have beyond daycare and preschool.
Interesting, I wasn't aware of that. Isn't teaching one of the professions where you've always found women, though?
My female teachers at school were always controlling egotists who made everyone hate learning and did everything to stifle any sense of creativity in the students. Male teachers are like that too, but it was particularly bad with women. My English teacher in my last year of high school was particularly bad. He was a left-wing feminist (misandrist) who would lecture the class on leftist identity politics and always punished male students for no reason. I fucking hated that bitch.
