The increased circulatory T has helped me focus on uni and money making. Also im stressing less and feel strong enough to combat my enemies(trap- becuse i cant). But i feel good.
Not fapping is ascension but also a trap because increased T forces you to hunt but when you step out into the real world you get humilated and return home. So be careful.
