If you have to drop to -1% body fat to have visible bone structure then your bones are not that good. Simple as that. Chad have visible jawlines and defined cheekbones even at 20% body fat.

Also, hair halos his head shape and neck size so much. Those curls hide his pencil neck very effectively and overall distract the viewer from the girly frame/physique in general.
