Very expensive, runs on droid. Anyone try one?
Need to get my own tablet for my ELD.
Thinking I might just get an iPad mini or Samsung.

Rams coming out with a new ipad mount in January.
Think I'll go with that setup.
Trying to install all the mounts for everything's going to be a real horror show.
Need to take part of the dash off and I don't even know where to begin to do that.

Old eld was here. Need to get the outer cover off to get that panel out, so I can bolt the new one in the spot. Shops never let you hang around inside to watch so I'm not sure what they did. But when I went into check they had that entire outer panel off.

ah gotcha. Those fucking schiesters probably wouldn't help you unless you got a mechanic friend who would be willing to help. Unfortunatly brocel I am out of my depth but I do wish you the best of luck with your instillation,

Got a shop doing the wiring. But for some things I'm trying to learn to do on my own.
Unfortunately I'm not the type that can learn from manuals or videos, someone would need to walk me through different procedures a few times.

yeah im often the same way but being alone 99% of the time I have to resort to videos because fuck reading a manual tbh. The mechanic friend is the best bet you can get tho no doubt.
