You're an incel because you don't know your place. Because you didn't submit, you didn't grovel and become a clown. You didn't play the role you were assigned as a low value male. You didn't "improve yourself" enough, as in you didn't slave away for years on every imaginable aspect of life, without expecting any return on investment, just hoping one day you will be rewarded. If you did that and much more, you wouldn't be an incel, because some lowly used up woman would've graced you with her attention eventually, if you were successful enough. And there's always going to be 100 things you should've done differently, worked harder on. If you worked too hard on some things, they'll say that's not as important, not enough and that you need to work on those other things too. You are supposed to be nearly flawless: a hardworking, polite, talented, confident, charismatic gentleman.
It's all your personality. It really is. Because as an ugly man you have no value so you needed to suck it up, know your place, smile and work hard. Don't you dare complain or be upset about it. How dare you be upset and angry about it, you're supposed to shut up and work harder on yourself, smile more.
And this is what everybody really thinks. They code it, they don't put it as bluntly because some things can't be said otherwise the whole social contract would crumble, but this is in essence what they think. If you dared express any of this they'd nitpick and misinterpret the words you used and argue in the typical normie fashion.
