I'm 95 percent certain I'm in the 80-95 range, and 90 percent sure I'm in somewhere in the lower half of that range. 82-86 sounds about right. Though there's a small, but not insignificant chance that it's high 70s. 0 chance it's over 95 or under 75.
Aside from that, I struggled in high school, flip burgers as a middle aged man, and struggle to articulate my thoughts. The latter is extremely obvious in real life where I don't have time to make lengthy pauses to think. Tons of people have commented on how dumb/slow I am over the years. Some subtly, some much more explicitly/insultingly.
Online I'm passable as having an average IQ.
I can relate to this so much. I wish I had a dime for every time someone is explaining something to a group I'm a part of, and I'm the only one who needs further elaboration, needs things dumbed down, or needs a visual example whereas everyone else instantly understood and got to work on the task.

The intellectual threshold for being able to articulate basic thoughts in coherent sentences (on the internet) is much lower than you think, especially without time constraints and with auto-spellchecker. If you were to have a spoken conversation with me in real time, my low IQ would become instantly and glaringly obvious.
Also these days the internet is full of low effort, phone posting zoomers. When half the posts on the internet are non-sequitur one liners, overused meme templates, and emoji ridden shitposts with zoomer slang, anyone who writes a post that has multiple sentences with proper grammar and punctuation and is at least utilizing second grade level vocabulary will be perceived as at least average IQ. The bar is truly set that low.
Most of the users on the 130+ are probably average, at best.

Don't know and don't care. Plenty of people with low IQs have been born into rich families. Having a high IQ doesn't guarantee you a good life.
