Healthy as in physically attractive too, right? I'd open a Tinder account and screw some bitches. Then call all my family members and tell them I love them. Repent of my sins and thank God for the opportunity to live even if it was harsh. Listen to my favorite music. Eat my favorite food. Write some essays on things I like that could be an interest of someone else out there. Die peacefully.

Sell everything I own, give a chunk of money to parents and siblings, blow the rest on psychedelics, extreme sports (sky diving, wing gliding, deep sea diving, mountain climbing), and high stakes poker. If I win big, I'll go into space towards the end of the month, then launch myself outward into space so I can die, floating in space and being a frozen corpse in near absolute zero temperatures until an advanced alien species finds and revives me.
