This Aesthetics in Waiting video about midwits thinking not liking sports makes them smart gave me an epiphany. People project their hate of other people onto objects. The dude on the thumbnail is clearly an incel adjacent guy who was definitely bullied by sport chads. He appears in the video and unironically uses the term “sportsball”. He, like many other sub 5 men, has converted his hate from those who tormented him onto the very idea of sports. I don’t blame him because I’ve been that way with football. I channeled all the negativity from how I was treated to a fucking game. It’s only been after years away from high school that I actually realized what I was doing mentally. For any youngcels who just graduated high school you need to be honest with yourself and acknowledge the trauma you have experienced so that you don’t end up pathetically coping in the most obvious way.
