Out of the 1000s of ads I have been forced to watch I have NEVER bought something from the ad

Who is buying stuff from ads? Is it just old people or do you guys buy stuff from ads?

Simple ads like a picture of the item are whatever but anything advertised with a jingle or a mascot or whatever I actively refuse to buy. Insurance ads are the worst offenders

No cuz poor and high inhibition. Everything I buy I had been planing to buy for like a month in advance.

i think we unintentionally buy them.
a large commercial tactic is memorization by showing the same fucking commercial over and over again with products you are FORCED or NEED to buy (like food, water, internet, and etc)
they're trying to get you to try and remember their brand when you're at the store
